1. Non-Refundable Policy: All Booking Payments are strictly non-refundable. No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
   
2. Caution Deposit: The security deposit is 100% refundable within 24-48 hours of check-out, provided no damages or policy violations (smoking, unauthorized guests, etc.) are recorded. 
3. Check-in 3pm, Check-out 12pm 
   
4. Early check-in and late check-outs attracts extra charges 
   
5. No smoking, pet
6. No extra musical instrument/tools allowed 
7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by law.
