Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Comply with applicable laws.
- Make payments as agreed.
- Use company assets responsibly.
Apartment Rules
Guests staying at any Synott Apartment property agree to comply with the following rules and regulations throughout their stay:
- Respect all property rules, regulations, and instructions provided by management.
- Observe designated check-in and check-out times.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep the apartment in good condition throughout the stay.
- Avoid any unlawful, criminal, fraudulent, or immoral activities on the premises.
- Refrain from causing disturbances to neighbors, other guests, or surrounding residents.
- Loud music, excessive noise, parties, gatherings, and events that may disturb others are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved by management.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, hallways, staircases, and other indoor areas.
- The use of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any prohibited items on the property is strictly forbidden.
- Guests shall not damage, deface, remove, misuse, or tamper with any furniture, appliances, fixtures, fittings, equipment, decorations, or other property belonging to Synott Global.
- Any damage caused during occupancy, whether intentional or accidental, shall be repaired or replaced at the guest's expense.
- Guests shall be responsible for any missing items discovered after checkout.
- Guests shall not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for the apartment.
- Subletting, transferring reservations, or allowing unauthorized occupants is prohibited without prior approval.
- The use of apartment facilities must be conducted safely and responsibly at all times.
- Any conduct that threatens the safety, security, comfort, or well-being of other guests, staff members, or neighboring residents may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Property Damage and Liability
Guests shall be fully responsible for any loss, damage, theft, destruction, or excessive cleaning costs arising from their actions or those of their visitors during the occupancy period.
Synott Global reserves the right to charge guests for repairs, replacements, cleaning services, security interventions, or other costs incurred as a result of violations of these rules.
Vehicle Rental Terms
Renters must:
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Use vehicles responsibly.
- Comply with traffic regulations.
- Return vehicles in agreed condition.
The renter shall be liable for fines, penalties, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of rented vehicles.
Tax and Compliance Services
Clients acknowledge that:
- Regulatory approvals remain subject to government agencies.
- Tax outcomes may depend on information supplied by the client.
- Synott global does not guarantee specific regulatory decisions.
Payment Terms
All fees are payable according to agreed payment schedules.
Services may be suspended where payments remain outstanding.
Intellectual Property
All website content, documents, templates, reports, and materials remain the property of Synott Global.
Limitation of Liability
Synott Global shall not be liable for:
- Government processing delays.
- Regulatory decisions.
- Third-party booking platform errors.
- Traffic incidents beyond our control.
- Losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
